Trenchless Sewer Repair & Plumbing

What is Trenchless Plumbing?

Trenchless plumbing is an effective and affordable plumbing method used to repair underground pipes with only minimal digging. Trenchless plumbing technology can be used to install, repair, or replace sewer lines, water lines, and pipes. Compared to traditional plumbing methods, trenchless plumbing is faster, more efficient, and much less expensive for the homeowner.

Before any digging begins, a pipe inspection camera is inserted into the pipe. The video camera footage is used to inspect the sewer or pipe and locate the problem area. Once the exact area that needs repair is identified, we can dig just one or two small access holes and quickly fix the issue. In many cases, the entire process can be completed in just one day.

Traditional plumbing, on the other hand, often requires digging up a large area of the property in order for the problem to be located. This process can last several days, which creates an inconvenience for the homeowner and quickly becomes very expensive.

We provide:

  • Installations
  • Repairs
  • Replacements

After the video pipe inspection is completed, there are two methods that we typically use to make repairs or replacements with minimal digging: pipe bursting or pipe lining.

Pipe Bursting

Pipe bursting is when a new pipe is inserted into the existing damaged pipe. When the new pipe is pulled through, it pushes the old pipe outward, removing it from the way and permanently replacing it. Pipe bursting is effective and affordable. It is a permanent solution that requires almost no digging.

Pipe Lining

Another trenchless plumbing technique is pipe lining. First, a tube is inserted into the existing pipe and then inflated. The tube is coated with resin, which then becomes hard, creating a new pipe inside of the existing pipe. Because the resin tube is strong and corrosion-resistant, it’s a permanent solution that’s quick and cost-effective. In most cases, just one small hole needs to be dug for access.
